21 Archives may be given custody of certain records
(1)
Subject to any regulations made in accordance with section 20, a person having the control of the custody of any records referred to in section 18 or subsection 19(1) may enter into arrangements with the Archives with respect to the custody of those records.
(2)
Arrangements referred to in subsection (1) relating to the custody of records may provide for the extent (if any) to which the Archives or other persons are to have access to those records.
