22AA Records of the Defence and Veterans’ Service Commission
A non‑publication direction given by the Defence and Veterans’ Service Commissioner prohibiting the publication of any material does not apply to:
(a)
the provision of public access under this Act to any records of the Defence and Veterans’ Service Commission that are in the open access period; or
(b)
the publication by any person of any records of the Commission that are available for public access in accordance with this Act.
