19 When the Minister’s approval under subsection 17(2) is in force
The Minister’s approval for a core State/Territory entity to negotiate an arrangement with a core foreign entity:
(a)
comes into force on the day specified in the approval notice given under subsection 18(1); and
(b)
if, under subsection 17(4), the Minister revokes the approval decision under subsection 17(2)—ceases to be in force on the day specified in the revocation notice given under subsection 18(2).
