26 When the Minister’s approval under subsection 24(2) is in force
The Minister’s approval for a core State/Territory entity entering an arrangement with a core foreign entity:
(a)
comes into force on the day specified in the approval notice given under subsection 25(1); and
(b)
if, under subsection 24(4), the Minister revokes the decision under subsection 24(2)—ceases to be in force on the day specified in the revocation notice given under subsection 25(2).
