7H Conduct of Board meetings
(1)
The Board may regulate proceedings at its meetings as it considers appropriate.
Note:
Section 33B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 provides for people to participate in meetings by various means of communication (e.g. telephone).
(2)
The Board must ensure that minutes of its meetings are kept.
