11 Eligibility for appointment as member
(1)
Subject to this section, where a person has been elected or appointed as a member on two successive occasions, the person is not eligible to be again elected or appointed as a member.
(2)
Where a person has been elected or appointed as a member on two successive occasions and a period of not less than one year has elapsed since the expiration of the second term of office of the member, the member is eligible to be again elected or appointed as a member.
