9 Members elected by members of staff of School
Except as otherwise provided by this section, the member elected under paragraph 8(1)(b) holds office, subject to this Act, for a period of one year and the term of office of the member shall not commence before the expiration of the term of office of the member whose place the first‑mentioned member fills.
If the member has ceased to hold office before the expiration of his or her term of office, a member shall, if the Minister so directs, be elected under paragraph 8(1)(b) to hold office from the date of his or her election until the expiration of that term.
A member elected under paragraph 8(1)(b) ceases to hold office if he or she ceases to be a member of the staff of the School.
