103 Disclosure or use for the purposes of this Act etc
An entrusted official may disclose or use protected information if:
(a)
the disclosure or use is for the purposes of this Act; or
(b)
the disclosure or use is for the purposes of the performance of the functions of the Authority; or
(c)
the disclosure or use is for the purposes of the performance of the functions of the AIP advisory board; or
(d)
the disclosure or use is in the course of the official’s employment or service as an entrusted official.
