105 Disclosure to Secretary etc
An entrusted official may disclose protected information to:
(a)
the Secretary of the Department; or
(b)
an officer of the Department who is authorised by the Secretary, in writing, for the purposes of this section;
if the disclosure is for the purposes of advising the Minister.
