48 Person must notify Authority if the person ceases to be an operator of new relevant facility
(1)
If:
(a)
a major project involves establishing a new relevant facility; and
(b)
a person ceases to be an operator of the new relevant facility;
the person must:
(c)
notify the Authority of the cessation; and
(d)
do so within 60 days after the cessation occurs.
(2)
A notification under subsection (1) must:
(a)
be in a form approved, in writing, by the Authority; and
(b)
be accompanied by such information as is specified in the legislative rules.
