49 Operator of new relevant facility must notify Authority of certain events
(1)
If:
(a)
a major project involves establishing a new relevant facility; and
(b)
a notifiable event occurs;
the operator of the new relevant facility must:
(c)
notify the Authority of the event; and
(d)
do so within 60 days after the event occurs.
(2)
A notification under subsection (1) must:
(a)
be in a form approved, in writing, by the Authority; and
(b)
be accompanied by such information as is specified in the legislative rules.
(3)
The legislative rules may declare that a specified event is a notifiable event for the purposes of this section.
