101 Composition of the Regulator
(1)
The Regulator consists of:
(a)
the Director‑General; and
(b)
the Deputy Director‑General; and
(c)
the staff; and
(d)
persons whose services are made available under section 119; and
(e)
the inspectors.
(2)
Each of the persons referred to in subsection (1) is a member of the Regulator.
