104 Independence of the Regulator
Subject to this Act and any other laws of the Commonwealth, the Regulator:
(a)
has complete discretion in the performance of its functions under this Act; and
(b)
is not subject to direction by any person in relation to the performance of those functions.
Note:
The Minister may give directions to the Regulator in limited circumstances (see section 105).
