127 This Act binds the Crown
(1)
This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth. However, it does not bind the Crown in right of a State, of the Australian Capital Territory, or of the Northern Territory.
(2)
The Crown in right of the Commonwealth is liable:
(a)
to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act; or
(b)
to be subject to civil proceedings for a contravention of a civil penalty provision of this Act.
