29 Who are Commonwealth‑related persons?
(1)
A Commonwealth‑related person is:
(a)
the Commonwealth; or
(b)
a corporate Commonwealth entity; or
(c)
a Commonwealth company; or
(d)
a Commonwealth contractor.
(2)
A person is a Commonwealth contractor if:
(a)
the person is not a person referred to in paragraph (1)(a), (b) or (c); and
(b)
the person is a party to a contract with a person referred to in any of those paragraphs; and
(c)
the contract relates to a regulated activity.
