30A Regulator may require further information
The Regulator may, by written notice given to the applicant for a licence, require the applicant to give the Regulator further information in connection with the application.
Any information required under subsection (1) must be of a kind prescribed by the regulations.
The Regulator may make the requirement under subsection (1) at any time before the Regulator makes a decision on the application under section 31, whether before or after the Regulator has begun to consider the application.
If the Regulator makes a requirement under subsection (1) in relation to an application, the Regulator may refuse to consider, or further consider, the application until the further information required has been given to the Regulator.
