21 Claims for travelling expenses

(1)

A person who wants to establish that he or she is entitled to be paid travelling expenses under this Part must make a claim in accordance with section 6 for a determination that he or she is entitled to be paid travelling expenses under this Part.

(2)

A claim for travelling expenses must be made:

(a)

within 12 months after the completion of the travel to which it relates; or

(b)

if the Commission thinks that there are exceptional circumstances that justify extending that period—such further period as the Commission allows.
