22 Withdrawal of claims
(1)
A claimant may, at any time before the Commission determines the claim, withdraw the claim by giving written notice to the Commission in accordance with section 6.
(2)
The withdrawal of a claim does not prevent the claimant from subsequently making another claim under this Act.
