Minister’s directions to CEO

In force

(1)

If the Minister is satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so, the Minister must, by notice in writing, give directions to the CEO with respect to the performance of the CEO’s functions or the exercise of the CEO’s powers.

(2)

The CEO must comply with the directions.

(3)

Within 15 sitting days of issuing a notice to the CEO under this section, the Minister must cause a copy of the notice to be tabled in each House of the Parliament.
