57 Amounts recoverable as debts
The following amounts may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as debts due to the Commonwealth:
(a)
amounts payable to the Commonwealth under the Licence Charges Act;
(b)
fees payable to the Commonwealth under section 34;
(c)
amounts payable to the Commonwealth in connection with the performance of the CEO’s functions.
