58 Staff and consultants
(1)
The staff necessary to assist the CEO are to be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999.
(2)
For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999:
(a)
the CEO and the APS employees assisting the CEO together constitute a Statutory Agency; and
(b)
the CEO is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
(3)
The CEO, on behalf of the Commonwealth, may engage consultants to assist in the performance of any of the CEO’s functions.
