82 Operation of Nuclear Non‑Proliferation (Safeguards) Act 1987

This Part is not to be taken to excuse an inspector from complying with sections 23, 25, 25A, 26 and 26A of the Nuclear Non‑Proliferation (Safeguards) Act 1987.

In particular, the exercise of powers by an inspector under this Part is not taken to be a reasonable excuse for the purposes of those sections.
