26 Disregard of certain submissions
(1)
The Takeovers Panel may disregard any matter in a submission that:
(a)
is not in accordance with regulation 25; or
(b)
is frivolous or vexatious.
(2)
The Takeovers Panel must disregard any matter in a submission that is not relevant to the proceedings.
