28 Lodgment and distribution of submissions
A submission for Takeovers Panel proceedings must be lodged with the Takeovers Panel within the time allowed by the Takeovers Panel.
As soon as practicable after the Takeovers Panel receives a submission, the Takeovers Panel must give a copy of the submission to each party.
A party who receives a copy of a submission relating to an application (the first submission) may lodge with the Takeovers Panel no more than 1 submission that:
rebuts a matter, or matters, in the first submission; and
does not include material that is not necessary to support the rebuttal.
A submission lodged with the Takeovers Panel is taken not to include any additional material that is not lodged at the same time as the submission.
