2E Prescribed requirements for definition of assert a right to payment
For paragraph 12BEA(1)(e) of the Act, the following requirements are prescribed:
(a)
the statement must include the text ‘This is not a bill. You are not required to pay any money.’;
(b)
the text must be the most prominent text in the document.
