34CA Entering premises to apprehend subject

If:

(a)

a police officer is authorised under section 34C to apprehend the subject of a questioning warrant; and

(b)

the officer believes on reasonable grounds that the subject is on particular premises;

the officer may enter the premises, using such force as is necessary and reasonable in the circumstances, at any time of the day or night, for the purpose of searching the premises for the subject or apprehending the subject.
