34CD Use of force in apprehending or searching subject

A police officer may use such force as is necessary and reasonable in:

(a)

apprehending the subject of a questioning warrant in accordance with section 34C, or preventing the escape of the subject from such apprehension; or

(b)

conducting an ordinary search or a frisk search of the subject of a questioning warrant under subsection 34CC(2).
