34DP Video recording of procedures

(1)

The Director‑General must ensure that video recordings are made of the following:

(a)

the appearance of the subject of a questioning warrant before a prescribed authority for questioning under the warrant;

(b)

any other matter or thing in relation to the warrant that the prescribed authority directs is to be video recorded.

(2)

The Director‑General must ensure that, if practicable, video recordings are made of any complaint made by the subject of a questioning warrant when the subject is not appearing before a prescribed authority for questioning under the warrant.
