34JA Certain functions and powers not affected
(1)
This Division does not affect a function or power of the Inspector‑General of Intelligence and Security under the Inspector‑General of Intelligence and Security Act 1986.
(2)
This Division does not affect a function or power of the Ombudsman under the Ombudsman Act 1976 in relation to the Australian Federal Police.
(3)
This Division does not affect a function or power of a person under Part V of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.
