35PA Notifications by Director‑General
(1)
The Director‑General must cause the Inspector‑General of Intelligence and Security to be notified if a special intelligence operation is authorised under this Division.
(2)
The notification must be given:
(a)
in writing; and
(b)
as soon as practicable after the special intelligence operation authority is granted.
