57A Disclosure of information to Sport Integrity Australia
(1)
The Commission may disclose information to the Chief Executive Officer of Sport Integrity Australia if the information:
(a)
relates to a sports doping and safety matter (within the meaning of the Sport Integrity Australia Act 2020); or
(b)
is otherwise relevant to the performance of the functions of the Chief Executive Officer of Sport Integrity Australia.
(2)
If information disclosed under subsection (1) is personal information (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988), the information is taken to be protected information for the purposes of the Sport Integrity Australia Act 2020.
