.(1) Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in the definition of “bank” in subsection (1) “Bank of South Australia Limited,” after “includes”.
(2)
Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from the definition of “bank” in subsection (1) “Bank of South Australia Limited,”.
