13 Copy of petition, and certain orders, to be given to Official Receiver
A creditor who presents a petition to the Court under Division 2 of Part IV of the Act must give to the Official Receiver:
(a)
a copy of the petition within 2 business days after the Court files the petition; and
(b)
a copy of any order entered by the Court, dismissing, staying or extending the petition, or adjourning the hearing of the petition, within 2 business days after the Court enters the order.
