157 How reports must be made
(1)
The Director of Biosecurity may, by legislative instrument, determine either or both of the following:
(a)
information that must be included in a report required by subsection 155(1) or 156(1);
(b)
the way in which the report must be made.
(2)
If a report of a reportable biosecurity incident does not comply with any requirements in a determination in force under subsection (1), the report is taken, for the purposes of this Division, not to have been made.
