Division 9Goods exposed to goods that are subject to biosecurity control
158 Application of this Division
(1)
This Division applies in relation to goods (other than goods that are subject to biosecurity control) if a biosecurity officer suspects, on reasonable grounds, that the goods have been exposed to:
(a)
goods that are subject to biosecurity control; or
(b)
a conveyance that is subject to biosecurity control.
(2)
This Division also applies in relation to goods (other than goods that are subject to biosecurity control) if a biosecurity officer suspects, on reasonable grounds, that the goods have been exposed to other exposed goods.
(3)
Goods to which this Division applies are exposed goods.
