160 Exposed goods orders
(1)
An exposed goods order must:
(a)
be in writing; and
(b)
specify the exposed goods to which the order relates; and
(c)
specify the period during which the order is to be in force.
(2)
An exposed goods order is not a legislative instrument.
(3)
A biosecurity officer must give a copy of an exposed goods order to a person in charge of the exposed goods to which the order relates, if it is practicable to do so.
