564 Arrangements for State or Territory officers or employees to be chief human biosecurity officers or human biosecurity officers
(1)
The Health Minister may enter into an arrangement with a State or Territory body for officers or employees of the body to be authorised as:
(a)
chief human biosecurity officers for that State or Territory; or
(b)
human biosecurity officers.
(2)
An arrangement under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
