89 Decontamination
An individual may be required by a human biosecurity control order to be decontaminated.
An individual may be required by a human biosecurity control order to allow the individual’s clothing, and any personal effects that the individual has with him or her, to be decontaminated.
Without limiting subsection (2), an individual’s personal effects include any baggage that the individual has with him or her that remained under the individual’s immediate physical control while the individual was on any aircraft, vessel or other conveyance.
The order must specify the following:
where and when the decontamination is to take place;
who is to conduct the decontamination.
