96 Traveller movement measure
An individual may, for a specified period of no more than 28 days, be required by a human biosecurity control order not to leave Australian territory on an outgoing passenger aircraft or vessel.

Traveller movement measure ceasing to be in force before human biosecurity control order
If a traveller movement measure ceases to be in force, subsection (1) does not prevent another traveller movement measure from being included in the same human biosecurity control order.
When traveller movement measure ceases to be in force
A traveller movement measure ceases to be in force at the earliest of the following times:
at the end of the period specified under subsection (1);
the time when the human biosecurity control order ceases to be in force;
the time when the order is varied to remove the measure;
the time when the order is revoked.
