55 Other matters relating to cancellation or suspension of appointment
(1)
While a person’s appointment as a nominee is suspended, the appointment has no effect for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
If a person’s appointment as a nominee of a participant is suspended under section 53 or 54, the Secretary may appoint another person under section 50 to be the nominee of the participant for a period specified in the instrument of appointment.
