56 Rules may prescribe requirements etc
The rules may prescribe:
(a)
requirements with which the Secretary must comply relating to the appointment of nominees or the cancellation or suspension of the appointment of nominees; and
(b)
criteria the Secretary is to apply or matters to which the Secretary is to have regard in appointing nominees or cancelling or suspending the appointment of nominees.
