6A Manner of exercising powers etc
(1)
The Executive shall exercise its powers, and perform its functions and duties, under this Act in accordance with:
(a)
the conditions (if any) determined in writing by the Minister after consultation with the Executive; and
(b)
any law made by the Assembly under subsection (2).
(2)
The Assembly may make laws prescribing the manner in which the Executive shall exercise its powers, and perform its functions and duties, under this Act, but such a law has no effect to the extent that it is inconsistent with a condition determined under paragraph (1)(a), whether so determined before or after the making of the law.
