22 Commonwealth authority—Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988
(1)
A transferred body is taken to be a Commonwealth authority for the purposes of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.
(2)
The transferred body ceases to be a Commonwealth authority for the purposes of that Act on the body’s sale day.
