23 Public authority of the Commonwealth—Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976
(1)
A transferred body is taken to be a public authority of the Commonwealth for the purposes of the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.
(2)
The transferred body ceases to be a public authority of the Commonwealth for the purposes of that Act on the body’s sale day.
