112. Subsection 39(2):

Omit the subsection, substitute:

"(2) The Chairperson:

(a)

may convene a meeting at any time; and

(b)

must convene a meeting if the Chairperson receives a written request signed by:

(i)

at least 1 member, if the number of members is only 3; or

(ii)

at least 2 members, if the number of members is more than 3.".
