After subsection 42(4):
Insert:
"(4A) If the Minister is of the opinion that:
(a)
CASA has failed to comply with section 12B; or
(b)
the Board has failed to comply with subsection 44(3);
the Minister may terminate the appointment of all members (other than the Director) or specified members (other than the Director).".
