Investment of surplus funds

Section 172 of the Principal Act is amended:

(a)

by omitting from paragraph (1)(a) “fixed”; and

(b)

by omitting from paragraph (1)(c) “any Commonwealth security” and substituting “public securities as defined by subsection 20D(8)”.
