Protection in respect of trustees’ reports

(1)

Section 306C of the Principal Act is repealed.

(2)

Notwithstanding the repeal of section 306C of the Principal Act effected by subsection (1) of this section, that section of the Principal Act continues to apply, after the commencement of this section, in relation to reports prepared in pursuance of paragraph 175(1)(b) of the Principal Act before the commencement of this section.
