Summons to witness—access arbitration

(1)

A summons under subsection 44ZH(2) of the Act must be in accordance with Form AA.

(2)

For the purposes of section 44ZI of the Act, a summons must be served on a person by:

(a)

delivering a copy of the summons to the person personally; and

(b)

showing the original of the summons to the person at the time at which the copy is delivered to the person.
