Period after which notice of resale price maintenance comes into force

For the purposes of paragraph 93(7A)(a) of the Act, the prescribed period is as follows:

(a)

for a notice given to the Commission during the 12‑month period starting at the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Competition Policy Review) Act 2017—28 days;

(b)

otherwise—14 days.
